Sports Shawties is a community for women who love sports and travel. We organize events, tailgates, watch parties, and travel experiences for women sports fans. We are not a licensed travel agency, ticket broker, or professional event organizer.

Important: Sports Shawties acts as a community organizer and facilitator. We are not responsible for third-party venues, ticket availability, travel logistics, or event outcomes.

3. User Eligibility


3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. Individuals under 18 may attend events only with parental or guardian consent and supervision.


3.2 Account Requirements

To participate in certain Services (ambassador program, event registrations, sponsorship inquiries), you may need to create an account. You agree to:

4. User Responsibilities


4.1 Event Attendance

4.2 Travel and Logistics

  • Complete all required forms, waivers, and payments on time

  • Follow all health protocols and travel guidelines

  • Be responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance

  • Disclose any dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility needs in advance

  • Comply with transportation provider rules and safety regulations

  • Not hold Sports Shawties liable for travel delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control

4.3 Ambassador Program

If accepted as a Sports Shawties Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Represent Sports Shawties professionally and positively

  • Promote events, programs, and brand partnerships in your assigned city/region

  • Use provided marketing materials and brand guidelines accurately

  • Disclose your ambassador status in all promotional communications

  • Track and report all sales, signups, and commissions honestly

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations in your region

  • Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared with you

  • Participate in ambassador training and communications

  • Not engage in activities that harm or misrepresent the Sports Shawties brand

  • Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in your individual Ambassador Agreement.

4.4 Sponsorship Inquiries

If you inquire about sponsoring Sports Shawties events or programs, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your company and sponsorship goals

  • Comply with all sponsorship agreement terms

  • Not use Sports Shawties branding without written permission

  • Accept that sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability and mutual agreement

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

  • No refunds will be issued for late cancellations (typically within 14 days of the event)

  • If an event is rescheduled, you may transfer your registration to the new date at no additional cost

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Your sole remedy is a refund of fees paid to Sports Shawties for the specific event.

8.3 Assumption of Risk

By attending Sports Shawties events, you assume all risks associated with:

  • Travel to and from events

  • Participation in activities

  • Interaction with other attendees

  • Use of venue facilities
